Becky A. Pressgrove, CPA
Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer
As Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Becky brings to Equias Alliance both the breadth and depth of her 20-plus years of experience with nonqualified benefit, BOLI and COLI programs. Becky's primary areas of focus is on client service delivery – from developing and leading other professionals charged with insurance and benefit plan administration, accounting and financial reporting as well as providing technical assistance to clients, consultants and client service personnel on accounting, tax, regulatory and legislative issues to ensure that Equias Alliance's service and analysis reflects current requirements.
Ms. Pressgrove graduated cum laude from the University of North Texas in Denton, where she received a bachelor's degree, as well as a master's degree, in accounting. She has earned designations as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Ms. Pressgrove also is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and has passed the Series 6, 7 and Series 63 qualifying exams with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
Linda J. Radley, CPA
Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President, Linda brings to Equias Alliance over 20 years of experience in the non-qualified benefit and BOLI industry. Her experience in the industry covers directly advising and assisting clients as well as building and leading a team of professionals with expertise in the design and servicing of client programs. Linda's focus as CFO is to ensure the company's financial success by overseeing all aspects of corporate accounting, regulatory and tax reporting. She played a key role in organizing the company as well as the transition of clients to Equias Alliance.
Linda began her career in the non-qualified benefit and BOLI industry when she joined Clark Consulting in 1997. During her time with Clark Consulting, Linda served as operations director for the northeast United States. In that role, she supported the region's clients in all aspects of the sales process by working in collaboration with the sales consultants in the design and implementation of nonqualified benefit plans and BOLI. In addition, Linda oversaw new case workflow and administrative functions in the region to ensure all support operations were in place to maintain a high-quality level of service and solid client relationships.
Ms. Radley earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Memphis. She graduated summa cum laude with a 4.0 GPA in accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). In addition, she has passed her series 6 and 63 qualifying exams with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and is a licensed insurance representative.
David Shoemaker, CPA/PFS, CFP®

David Shoemaker has assisted hundreds of banks with the design and implementation of nonqualified benefit and BOLI plans. He has over 25 years experience in the insurance and banking industry and was a pioneer of the single premium no-load insurance policy now known as BOLI. His prior experience includes nine years with Deloitte Touche, where he focused on the banking industry. David graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Tennessee.
